Business Leadership Employees and Friends

Question: Describe about the Business Leadership for Employees and Friends. Answer: How would you lead this team of international employees and friends? Leaders have to try to know how people are associated or how efficiently they are conveying (Goldman 2012). Leaders always try to know whether employees like to work independently or not. They also have to analyse the innovative competency of people. All these things are required for leaders, so that they always remain ready to solve various potential issues and so that they can give innovative answer (Lee et al. 2012). It order to manage a team of international employees, managing risk is one of the difficult tasks that every leader has to face. As a leader, I have to find out background of all my representatives, their convention and their way of life. It will help me to develop friendly work environment within the company. Generally I provide empowerment to my representatives and companions, so that they can express their thoughts. Is building community important in a virtual world? If so, what would you do to promote a sense of community among these team members? Spillane (2012) stated that, in the virtual world, it is important to develop a community. It helps to improve positive feeling of the team. Developing community can help people to understand their place within the team. It also helps to develop trust among each other and increase their dedication towards work. In order to promote community, I will try to use social media like Skype and video chat to meet with employers to discuss about work. Reference list Goldman, E.F., 2012.
